Gentle Yoga for Adults*

Five week series, Tuesdays at 1pm: April 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th.  Space is limited and and registration online is required.  Please sign up for this class below or by calling 732-721-5600 X5033.  Please register for each class session you are taking.

Learn yoga here at OBPL!  Join Gina Rafkind of the Hope Yoga Studio to learn creative yoga poses that will relax both the body and mind.  Perfect for beginners–no prior yoga experience is necessary.  Yoga mat suggested.  This is an in-person series.
