Having a loved one with dementia can be challenging.
Oftentimes families and caregivers are left wondering “what next?”
 
In this presentation, caregivers and loved ones will learn about goals of care and long term transitioning planning as it relates to the dementia disease trajectory.  This seminar will provide an overview on what dementia is, the disease process, disease trajectory, caregiver burnout and how to navigate the healthcare system.
