Old Bridge, NJ –  Feb. 28, 2019 –  The Old Bridge Public Library will offer the following informative health and wellness sessions in March. All classes are free and open to the public; registration is required where noted.

Foot Care and Reflexology: Thurs. March 7th at 11am.  Podiatrist Sharon Joag, DPM, returns to the Library to share information about common foot ailments and how to remedy them. She will be joined by reflexologist Tara Brown who will demonstrate how reflexology techniques can produce positive effects elsewhere in the body.

Brain Games for Seniors: Thurs. March 7th at 6:30pm.  This session will demonstrate how seniors can keep their minds sharp and memory stimulated. It will explore how a variety of high tech and “lo-tech” games, trivia questions and mental exercises can help entertain and challenge the brain. Beginner Meditation: Sat. March 16th at 2pm.  Leah Chevalier, founder of Dharma Lila Yoga, Pilates and Metta Movement, will instruct and guide class participants in methods easily incorporated into daily routines. Chevalier has been involved in meditation practice for over 10 years and studied dance, anatomy, and kinesiology at Rutgers University. She later received formal training in Pilates and Ashtanga yoga.

The Old Bridge Public Library has consistently been voted one of the three Best Public Libraries in Middlesex County by the readers of the Home News Tribune.
