Old Bridge, NJ – Nov. 7, 2017 – The Old Bridge Public Library will present “The Wonders of Korea” cultural program on Sun. Nov. 19th at 1:30pm.
The celebration will be highlighted by a Korean Wedding Ceremony reenactment, performed live by members of The Korean Spirit and Culture Promotion Project, based in Queens, NY. The program will also feature two short history and culture documentaries, and traditional Korean food will be served.
The free program is suitable for all ages. Due to limited seating, registration is required by calling the Library at 732-721-5600 x5033 or signing up online at www.oldbridgelibrary.org.
“We welcome the opportunity to bring the Korean Spirit and Culture group back to the Library,” noted Library Director Nancy Cohen. “Their previous presentation offered a very moving and educational insight into Korean culture. We expect that this next program will be similarly memorable for both patrons and performers.”
The Old Bridge Public Library was recently voted one of the three Best Public Libraries in Middlesex County by the readers of the Home News Tribune.
