Old Bridge, NJ –  Feb. 25, 2019 –  The Old Bridge Public Library will welcome Old Bridge resident Melina Kontos to perform during its next Second Saturday Concert Series on Sat. March 9th at 2:30pm.

A singer/songwriter, Kontos will return to the Library for an acoustic guitar concert of Beatles favorites as well as her own original songs. She has been performing for many years locally at outdoor concerts and in cafes, schools, libraries, and most recently The Saint in Asbury Park. She is currently in the process of professionally recording her own song catalog.

The concert is being generously sponsored by the Friends of the Library and Gary Matoren, in memory of his daughter, Debbie Lynn Matoren. Attendees are requested to bring a non-perishable, unexpired donation for the Old Bridge Food Bank to this free event.

The Old Bridge Public Library has consistently been voted one of the three Best Public Libraries in Middlesex County by the readers of the Home News Tribune.
