Old Bridge, NJ – Oct. 5, 2017 — The Old Bridge Public Library and the Garden State Speculative Fiction Writers (GSSFW) will host four writing workshops to celebrate November’s National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo).
The events will begin in October, with two sessions preparing writers for a productive November. The following events run from 7-8:30pm:
- Oct. 12th, “Get Motivated to Start Your Novel.”
- Oct. 26th, “How to Write a Novel in 30 days.”
- Nov. 1st, NaNoWriMo Kick-off: Write-In #1 session.
- Nov. 15th, NaNoWriMo Half Way There: Write-In #2 session.
The GSSFW is a multi-genre writers group catering to the needs of a wide variety of writers. The group hosts monthly meetings, critique sessions, sample copy libraries and contests. Their meetings are held on the first Saturday of the month at 11am at the Old Bridge Library.
The Old Bridge Public Library was recently voted one of the three Best Public Libraries in Middlesex County by the readers of the Home News Tribune. The Library is open seven-days-a-week and is located at 1 Old Bridge Plaza at the corner of Rt. 516 and Cottrell Road in the Municipal Center.
